Job Summary
Manage dealership operations across sales, service, collections, and inventory while receiving comprehensive training in lot-level staff functions and company policies. Set and monitor performance goals with upper management, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies, and work alongside associates to acquire knowledge of departmental methods and standards. Participate in company-sponsored training classes to facilitate transferability between departments and prepare for potential progression to General Manager.

- Prior, extensive supervisor experience
- Ability to solve problems and implement innovative solutions in a variety of situations
- Computer proficiency

- Previous experience mediating conflict in the workplace
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends including overtime as needed
- Acceptable driving record
- Valid driver's license
