Job Summary
Support product and assortment strategies by researching emerging trends, selecting styles per corporate strategy, and assisting in exclusive design development. Build and maintain concept sheets, track line plans, and monitor in-season sales to provide recaps and assortment extension opportunities. Partner with merchants on pricing, vendor relations, and store feedback to ensure timely responses and guide decision-making. Collaborate with marketing to establish display standards and occasionally travel to retail locations or jewelry shows. Requires 1+ years of fashion buying experience and a Bachelor's degree in marketing or merchandising. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $112,000 annually. Hybrid work includes on-site days in Home Office 1-2 times per week, with up to 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous fashion buying experience in retail
- Demonstrated market fashion trend knowledge
- Successful relationships with external vendors and internal teams (planning, marketing, stores)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Merchandising, or related field or equivalent experience
