Job Summary
Assist the merchant in preparing financial plans, business strategy, and proprietary product development by analyzing historical data, trends, and competitor pricing to forecast sales and inventory. Develop product and price structures while balancing workload priorities to ensure successful execution of business initiatives. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to support assortment selection, sourcing, and marketing strategy. Perform regular computer work and occasional standing under direct supervision, with less than 5% travel. This role offers development of a wide variety of skills within the category-specific Merchandiser team.
