Job Summary
Assistant Merchandiser / Junior Merchandiser to support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management across international channels. Responsibilities include creating seasonal/monthly demand plans, building forecast plans for wholesale and eCommerce, supporting new product launches with forecasts and analysis, tracking forecast accuracy, maintaining optimal stock levels with Ecommerce, planning tools usage, managing SKU inventory with Operations to maximise stock turn, and preparing information for forecast meetings. Requires strong data analytics capability, experience with large datasets and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations; proficient Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience within merchandising, demand planning, supply chain or operations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools – must be able to function on Excel to intermediate level including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables and intermediate level formulas
- Experience with ERP planning tools or data analytics is helpful
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
