Assistant Men's & Women's Volleyball Coach

Assistant Men’s & Women’s Volleyball Coach works under the Head Coach to educate, coach, train, mentor, and recruit members of the volleyball program. Responsibilities include instructing student-athletes on rules and fundamentals, collaborating on game strategy and practice preparation, assessing skills, recruiting qualified students, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring compliance with NCAA Division III rules. The role involves travel to recruiting events, campus events, and coordinating outreach, as well as engaging in department staff activities, fundraising, equipment management, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective teaching methods, strong leadership, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and internal/external constituents. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, coaching experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
