Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach (Temporary Part-time)

Job Summary
Assists head coach with match, tournament, and practice planning/evaluation. Analyze performance and instruct athletes in volleyball techniques and strategies in preparation for and during athletics competition. Ensure a commitment to the academic success of volleyball student-athletes. Build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and the campus community. Help manage equipment usage. Complete other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach, Assistant Vice President for Athletics and Sport Management, and Associate and Assistant Athletic Directors. Stipend: $3,000
Required Qualifications
- Coaching or playing experience is required
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to work an untraditional schedule (frequent nights and weekends)
- Able to travel with team, by vehicle or plane
- Able to lift and move athletic equipment
- Possess a clear understanding and personal commitment to North Park University’s mission of Christian Higher education
