Job Summary
Recruit talented student-athletes, provide skill instruction, and offer academic support while ensuring compliance with University and NAIA policies. Assist the Head Coach in administering the volleyball program, including budgeting, travel, and tournament preparations, and verify all eligibility forms prior to participation. Coordinate and evaluate coaching sessions, observe student-athletes during practice to determine growth opportunities, and drive vans to and from tournaments. Maintain confidentiality regarding office and team issues. Requires a high school diploma, prior coaching experience, and a background check; part-time hours include evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- Background and driving record check

- Prior coaching experience at high school or collegiate level
- The ability to coach and recruit skilled student-athletes
