Job Summary
Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Mount Marty University, focusing on recruiting high-character student-athletes, scouting and analysis, on-field coaching, practice preparation, logistics for travel and games, and mentoring students while upholding NAIA/GPAC rules. Responsibilities include representing the university at events, coordinating transportation, maintaining confidentiality of salary/budget information, and driving duties requiring university driving training and a DOT medical card. Reports to the Head Men’s Soccer Coach and Athletic Director; role supports program management and spiritual/academic integration within the university. Requires a Bachelor's degree, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and adherence to the Catholic, Benedictine mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Significant coaching experience at a collegiate or club level
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of NAIA rules and GPAC recruiting regulations
- Commitment to Catholic, Benedictine mission of Mount Marty University
