Job Summary
Assistant Mens Soccer Coach at Lesley University overseeing NCAA Division III program operations in athletics. Responsibilities include assisting with practice planning, recruitment, player development, film analysis, equipment management, planning team events, and supporting fundraising and community service. Ensure compliance with NCAA and conference rules, lead in recruiting strategy, and support administration related to program operations and student-athlete development. Requires night/ weekend hours and potential overnight travel; bachelors degree and coaching/relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Previous successful collegiate coaching experience OR experience competing at the college, semi-professional, professional, or international level (required)
- Participation in admissions Open Houses, Accepted Students Day, and other new student events
- Knowledge and understanding of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
- Must have a valid U.S. drivers license or be able to commute to practices/competitions
- Requires night and weekend hours and potential overnight travel
