Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming/Diving Coach

Job Summary
Assist the head coach in the management and coaching of an NCAA Division III men's and women's swimming and diving program. Responsibilities include operations management (program development, schedule, camps/swim lessons, marketing, public relations), recruiting, office needs, developing practice plans, and other secondary duties. In addition, assist with event management/sports information. Travel frequently; work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time nine-month appointment. Requires a bachelor's degree and either collegiate playing experience or coaching, plus effective communication and organizational skills. The athletics philosophy should be compatible with a Division III liberal arts college with highly selective academic standards.
