Job Summary
Change oil in equipment, repair 2-cycle engines on weed eaters, and overhaul maintenance vehicles and mowing equipment. Lubricate and service all machinery, inspect for operating deficiencies, and adjust cutting units. Inspect, change, and repair tires; assist in controlling tool access and use by staff. Clean working areas after repairs, assist in fabrication and painting, and adjust mower reels. Operate mowing equipment and assist in training maintenance staff on proper upkeep. Incorporate safe work practices throughout job performance. Part-time role with experience-based compensation. Requires college or technical school certificate, two years of small engine repair experience, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Two or more years of experience with small engine repairs and maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Quick learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to work on the golf course if needed
- Training on how to trouble shoot large equipment repair and grinding mower reels
