Job Summary
Support the Center Director in administering student assessments, developing learning plans, and managing student progress during instructional sessions. Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction while teaching/tutoring students in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method. Assist with sales responsibilities by responding to leads and enrolling students, alongside providing exceptional customer service to families. Mentor instructional staff through on-the-job training and support administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a safe, professional learning environment while balancing education and sales duties.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Work authorization
- Pass a background check
