Assistant Math Learning Center Director

Job Summary
Lead and assist the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans; support enrollment/sales efforts and customer service by communicating student progress to families; coach staff to deliver individualized instruction in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method; manage student engagement and learning progress during sessions; provide on-the-job training to instructional staff; maintain a safe, professional learning environment; assist with administrative tasks as needed; role requires Math proficiency through Algebra II (preferably Pre-Calc), strong interpersonal and organizational skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to balance education with sales responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra 2, preferably Pre-Cal.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Work authorization
- Background check
- Math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
