Assistant Math Learning Center Director

Job Summary
Lead and mentor instructional staff while partnering with the Center Director to administer student assessments, develop learning plans, and enroll students through front-d desk engagement, lead generation, and relationship-building with families. Role involves teaching/tutoring in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, supporting safe and professional learning environments, and performing administrative tasks. Strong math background (Algebra I), interpersonal and organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to balance education with sales responsibilities are essential; background check and work authorization required.
Required Qualifications

- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
