Job Summary
Support the Center Director in administering student assessments, developing learning plans, and enrolling new students through prompt lead response. Deliver individualized instruction using the Mathnasium MethodTM while managing student progress, coaching team members, and providing on-the-job training. Build relationships with families to communicate progress and maintain a safe, professional learning environment. Assist with administrative tasks and become proficient with digital educational materials. Consistent part-time or full-time hours after school and on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Work authorization
- Pass a background check
