Job Summary
Ensure the quality of materials used in construction projects and conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement quality control plans while communicating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role supports a client within Q-Sourcing Servtec's East African operations, focusing on road, building, and structural works in Nairobi, Kenya.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Certified and registered engineer with EBK
- At least 3 years of experience in construction projects
- Public road construction
- Government Building construction
- Structural works
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with quality control software and tools
- Ability to integrate well into the organization and maintain smooth internal and external communication
