Job Summary
Material Analyst/Assistant - responsible for creating manufacturer orders and transfer tickets for manufacturing operations, coordinating with Production Control for sequencing/priority, reviewing vendor invoices before forwarding to Finance, and working with Buying to resolve PO/SO/invoice discrepancies. Emphasizes data analysis, ERP/forecasting systems, and MS Office proficiency; requires a 4-year degree in business administration or supply chain, and a minimum of two years’ related experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing, and materials management. Demonstrates cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and commitment to efficient warehouse and supply-chain processes.
