Job Summary
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, clinical education, trade marketing, and customer engagement channels; drive portfolio performance and new product launches; develop and execute plans for marketing objectives, strategies, and ROI. Own the marketing collateral, branding initiatives, and educational assets; manage budgets and vendor relationships; plan and execute workshops, symposiums, conferences, trade shows, and activation programs across India; engage with dentists, channel partners, DSOs, and key opinion leaders; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical affairs, finance, supply chain, and regional marketing teams; ensure compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Required Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- 6-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, dental, or consumer products
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in brand management, digital marketing, and commercial marketing execution
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and regional teams
- Experience managing agencies, events, and channel marketing programs is preferred
