Assistant Marketing Communications Manager

Promote Marriott brand awareness and support sales/marketing for a Marriott vacation club property. Responsibilities include communicating with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales and tours, explaining attendance requirements for sales presentations, verifying eligibility for tours, providing complimentary gifts, performing general office duties, and assisting management with training and coaching. Maintain guest service standards, protect confidential information, prepare documents, and ensure quality expectations are met. Move items up to 10 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
