Assistant Marketing Communication Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the Marcom team to drive media coverage, collateral and publications, events/promotions, community relations and advertising for a Bali-based Novotel hotel within the Accor network. Allocate resources to ensure consistent branding across marketing and PR channels; maintain local and international media contacts; establish PR programs that support sales and F&B strategies; assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in creating sales support materials (newsletters, brochures, mailers, in-room information, guides); collaborate with the Director of F&B on signage, menus, and collateral; require a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in Marketing Communications/PR (or 2+ in a similar role); strong English proficiency; proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; demonstrate leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; capable of thriving under pressure, being a team player, self-motivated, well-presented and reliable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relation or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
