Job Summary
Assistant Managing Partner role overseeing both BOH and FOH operations at a Torchy’s location in Kyle, TX. Responsibilities include leading kitchen and guest-experience initiatives, ensuring high food quality and safety, managing inventory, costs, and staffing, executing local store marketing, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Strong focus on hospitality, operational excellence, training and development, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture aligned with Torchy’s values. Leadership, adaptability, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving are essential to deliver consistent guest experiences and achieving store performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment, including both kitchen and guest-facing operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while maintaining high operational and hospitality standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods.
