Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a strict example for your crew. Ensure 100% adherence to all policies and procedures, oversee staffing and paperwork, and maintain store cleanliness and marketing standards. Process telephone and in-person orders accurately, operate all equipment, and navigate delivery routes across various terrains while carrying product. Perform daily inventory counts, complete associated paperwork, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requires strong math skills for accurate change-making and multitasking abilities to handle rapid order processing.

- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
