Job Summary
Manage the entire shift by overseeing cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a strict example for the crew. Enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensure team members follow food safety protocols. Prior leadership experience is preferred, along with a hunger to learn proven systems and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role offers a path to General Manager and profit sharing for Lead Assistant Managers and above.
