Assistant Manager responsible for plant-level digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives, coordinating 'Smart Factory' activities, developing I4.0 roadmaps, managing digitalization project portfolio, coordinating Citizen Development activities, and reporting progress to plant management. Requires 3-5 years of experience in Operations and Digitalization, leadership/mentoring, project management, Lean management, IT architectures, and strong communication and organizational skills. Be part of a team driving digital transformation and production-process optimization in Chennai, India.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years solid working experience in Operations, Functions and Digitalization
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in Project Management and Lean Management
- Good understanding of IT system interrelationships and IT architectures
- Experienced in Process Management, High Networking, Organizing and Communication Capabilities
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills. Strong entrepreneurship
