Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by ensuring team members follow all processes, policies, and procedures while maintaining service, product quality, and cleanliness standards. Complete required training including the Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, and Manager Certification. Create effective work schedules and delegate shift assignments, then supervise and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals. Handle guest and team member complaints, report concerns to management, and mentor staff through performance reviews. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and uphold safety guidelines. Requires 1-3 years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for 5 days, 32-48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check

- Ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment
- Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
