Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by ensuring team members follow all processes, policies, and procedures while maintaining service, product quality, and cleanliness standards. Supervise, coach, and lead staff to achieve quarterly goals, create effective work schedules, and delegate shift assignments. Handle guest and team member complaints, report safety and human resources concerns, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Complete required training including food safety certification and the Assistant Manager Development Plan. Work a flexible schedule of 32 to 48 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Leadership qualities
- Organizational skills
- Ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience
- Capability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Capability to occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders
- Capability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead
- Capability for continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Capability to communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Capability to maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment
- Capability to work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
- Capability to operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
