Job Summary
Lead sales and profitability initiatives by driving engagement, customer loyalty, and visual standards in partnership with the Store Manager. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team through training, recognition, and performance management while maintaining loss prevention policies and inventory management standards. Execute daily business priorities across customer experience, freight flow, operations, and merchandising, utilizing reporting to analyze trends and solve business opportunities. Model a customer-first culture, provide in-the-moment coaching, and de-escalate store situations effectively. Requires minimum of 2+ years in fast-paced specialty retail leadership; hourly pay $22.13-$26.13.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
