Job Summary
Lead sales, profitability, and operational execution in partnership with the Store Manager by driving customer engagement, visual standards, and brand values. Analyze business trends to solve opportunities, recruit and develop a high-performance team, and maintain loss prevention and inventory policies. Execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager, validate team execution of key functions, and ensure a safe work environment through ongoing safety training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Minimum age: 21 years
