Job Summary
Model and lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors. Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem-solve opportunities and take appropriate action. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team through training, recognition, and performance management. Plan and execute daily business tasks, including scheduling, attendance management, inventory management, and loss prevention routines. Validate and ensure execution of customer loyalty and omnichannel initiatives. Assist the Store Manager with hiring responsibilities, organizing signage and graphics, and managing supply/fixture ordering. Address employee issues and resolve concerns with appropriate partnership. Complete Direct Store Orders and validate proper receiving. Validate, reconcile, and file all monthly paperwork. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to support sales floor coverage and store workload.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 21 years
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be willing and able to commute for a promotion within a 30–50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending upon the needs of the business
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Must have the desire and potential to promote into a position of higher responsibility within 12 months
