Job Summary
Lead a high-performance team in driving sales, profitability, and customer loyalty while maintaining visual standards and brand values. Analyze business trends to problem-solve opportunities, execute daily tasks in the absence of the Store Manager, and validate loss prevention policies and inventory management. Recruit, develop, and retain associates through training and performance management, ensuring a safe work environment via ongoing safety accountability. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Minimum age: 21 years
