Job Summary
Lead sales and profitability initiatives by driving customer engagement, loyalty programs, and visual standards in partnership with the Store Manager. Analyze business trends using reporting tools to solve opportunities and execute daily priorities including freight flow, operations, and merchandising. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team through training, recognition, and performance management while validating loss prevention policies and inventory management. Maintain a safe work environment via ongoing safety training and exemplify brand values consistently. Requires proven leadership experience in specialty retail, effective communication, and the ability to de-escalate situations. Hourly pay range is $22.75-$26.75 with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
