Job Summary
Work Transfer Project Coordinator responsible for governance of Work Transfer Gates 3 and 4 across multiple commodities, programs, platforms, and projects, including building and leveraging supplier relationships to ensure timely execution. Owns communication of project status to senior leadership, establishes project priorities to mitigate production impacts and financial risks, leads resolution of setbacks with internal teams and supplier leadership, and supports continuous improvement initiatives with RCCA development. Requires BE/MASTER'S degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years in supply chain/procurement, ERP/SAP experience, PMP (preferred), and strong Excel/Office skills. Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and ability to coordinate across global teams and time zones are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BE or Master’s degree
- 8+ years experience in Supply chain / Procurement
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel—v-lookup, macros, pivot tables)
- Experience with blueprints/technical specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Willingness to work with suppliers across global supply base
- Ability to lead project resolution and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Ability to interface with senior leadership
- Willingness to support off-hours teleconferences due to time zone differences
