Job Summary
Assistant Manager - Workday Benefit Lead responsible for HCM/Benefits Workday implementations, client deliverables of medium-high complexity, gathering and analyzing requirements, conducting sessions with clients, tenant build and PAAS environment strategy, deployment, bug fix support and report creation. Provides domain expertise on key business process decisions, with Workday HCM core and Benefits modules, and global rollout experience. Requires 7-9 years in IT, 3 years implementing or supporting Workday, and at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations as a Core HCM/specialization module consultant. Strong data-conversion, reporting, and Workday tooling experience (Migration Recipe, Advanced Loader, EIBs) and ability to configure benefits and related Core HCM processes. Location: Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Workday HCM core
- Workday Benefits
- BE/B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university
- 7-9 years of IT experience
- 3 years of implementing or supporting Workday
- 2 end-to-end Workday implementations as a Core HCM/Specialization Module consultant
- Data Conversion Experience
- exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader
- Must have Reporting experience
- Experience in global Workday HCM rollouts
- Experience in Benefits module configuration and end-to-end setup
- Experience configuring Core HCM business processes
- Experience setting up organization structure, staffing models, compensation plans & grades
- Preferred: Experience in Recruitment, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Learning
- Strong verbal and analytical skills
