Job Summary

General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead front desk operations at Hand & Stone Spa in Woodbridge. Responsibilities include driving sales performance (membership, retail, gift cards, services), coaching the team on conversion and sales behaviors, promoting services and current offers, managing call handling and booking conversion, leading the front desk to meet sales and service goals, ensuring high-quality client interactions, supporting daily operational execution, onboarding and developing staff, and assisting the General Manager with reporting and cash handling. Requires a hands-on, people-first leader with strong communication and accountability, comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
