Assistant Manager

Oversee daily shop operations including retail, production, sanitation, and delivery functions while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Assist the General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support. Manage labor, product costs, waste, and controllable expenses to support sales and profitability goals, while enforcing brand standards and resolving guest concerns professionally. Maintain a clean, organized environment by performing and assigning cleaning tasks across retail, production, storage, and exterior areas. Work variable schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts based on business needs.
