Job Summary
Oversee daily shop operations including retail, production, sanitation, and delivery functions while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support to drive sales performance and profitability. Manage labor, product costs, waste, and controllable expenses by monitoring staffing levels, executing production schedules, and enforcing inventory controls. Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain a clean, safe environment through assigned cleaning tasks and operational procedures. Variable schedules include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service supervisory experience
- College coursework
- Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
