Job Summary
Oversee daily shop operations including retail, production, sanitation, and delivery functions while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members through coaching, performance support, and succession planning. Manage labor, product costs, waste, and controllable expenses to support sales and profitability goals, while maintaining inventory controls and executing production schedules. Resolve guest concerns professionally and enforce workplace safety policies in a fast-paced environment with variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain a clean, organized shop environment and demonstrate WKS Krispy Kreme Values of Integrity, Loyalty, Winning, Service, and Teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service supervisory experience
- College coursework
- Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
