Job Summary
Oversee daily shop operations including retail, production, sanitation, and delivery functions to ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members while providing coaching and performance support. Manage labor, product costs, and inventory controls to drive sales performance and profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain a clean, safe environment. Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts. This role supports the General Manager at a WKS Krispy Kreme location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–3 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
