Job Summary
Lead shifts and develop team members while driving sales, performance, and service standards in a dine-in restaurant. Support recruitment, training, and onboarding to ensure compliance, food safety, and cleanliness are consistently met. Coach and motivate Shift Managers and Crew to build a positive, high-energy environment where people can thrive. This hands-on role requires ownership of day-to-day operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive overall restaurant performance.
