Assistant Manager

We’re opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant and as an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll play a key role in launching from day one. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, and create a high-energy, high-performing culture. You’ll own day-to-day operations, support your team to deliver great food, fast service, and consistently high standards, and lead shifts while embedding processes. Responsibilities include supporting the restaurant opening and setup, leading and developing a brand-new team, driving performance and service standards, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and helping shape culture and ways of working. The role is characterized by hands-on leadership, rapid impact, and the opportunity to grow into higher management positions within a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
