Job Summary
Supervise shifts, direct the crew, and help build schedules while assisting with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training. Manage inventory, place vendor orders, and help control food and labor costs to ensure compliance with food-safety and brand standards. Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting, resolving escalated guest issues and assuming General Manager responsibilities in their absence. Requires 1+ year of supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, and flexible availability. This independently owned Jersey Mike's franchise emphasizes authentic quality and a welcoming team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- Must be 18+
- Leadership, organization, and basic understanding of cost/P&L controls
- Flexible, open availability
- Stand and move for entire shifts
- Lift up to ~30 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
