Job Summary
Assistant Manager position responsible for directing daily Wingstop restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, inventory management, and financial accountability. Key duties include delivering outstanding guest service, controlling shrinkage and payroll, maintaining cleanliness and safety, opening/closing the restaurant, receiving and placing deliveries, maintaining the Operations Manual, supervising staff, and enforcing brand standards and policies. The role requires leadership to optimize operations, staff training, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely service while upholding health, safety, and profitability goals. Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and drive a positive guest experience.
