Assistant Manager responsible for directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence at Wingstop, ensuring guest service excellence, adherence to company standards, inventory control, financial accountability, and delivery/purchasing duties. Manages opening/closing, staff supervision and training, vendor communications, quality and safety compliance, and maintains the Operations Manual. Focuses on keeping guest satisfaction high, improving efficiency, resolving guest issues, promoting the Wingstop brand, and leading a team to execute brand standards and operational procedures.
