Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Windsor will partner with the Store Manager to drive store productivity, coach and develop a team of Stylists, lead daily operations on the sales floor, execute the Windsor Merchandising Directive, deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience, and uphold brand values. Responsibilities include talent recruitment and onboarding, scheduling, coaching and performance feedback, maintaining visual standards, optimizing payroll and expenses, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Key skills include leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, merchandising judgment, and a commitment to store governance and policies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Effective communication skills in group and one-on-one settings
- Flexible and reliable schedule including opening and closing the store
- Ability to read and write in English
