Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Windsor leads store-level operations alongside the Store Manager, driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, coaching a team of Stylists, recruiting and onboarding talent, and upholding Windsor’s values and merchandising standards. You will own daily sales floor operations, organize and plan for efficiency, and partner with the Store Manager to train and motivate the team, ensuring an Oasis omni-channel customer experience and brand loyalty. The role requires leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a fashion-retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail management experience
- leadership experience managing a team of up to 25
- effective communication in groups and one-on-one
- ability to onboard and develop talent
- strong planning and organizational skills
