Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will support store productivity by managing sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager. You will drive sales, find and retain talent, and lead the team of Stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, executing daily operations, maintaining store appearance, and fostering company culture. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to store management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Effective communicator in group settings and one on one
- Welcomes feedback and is ready to improve
- Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
