Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions leads store operations and a team of up to 25 Stylists, partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales, payroll, shrink, and expenses while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience. You’ll recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop staff, supervise daily store activities, ensure adherence to Visual Guidelines and the Windsor Merchandising Directive, and maintain a neat, customer-focused environment. Strong communication, leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills are essential to foster brand loyalty and deliver excellent store performance.
