Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, support the Store Manager in driving store productivity and leading a team of Stylists to deliver an Oasis omni-channel experience. You’ll drive sales, coach and develop a high-performing team, recruit and onboarding, manage daily operations, and ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are met. You’ll organize and execute tasks to maintain a neat, efficient store, foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement, and help manage payroll, shrink, and expenses while promoting Windsor values and policy adherence. Key capabilities include leadership of up to ~25 associates, effective communication, talent development, scheduling, and a hands-on approach to store operations, customer experience, and merchandising directives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail management experience
- ability to lead a team of up to 25
- effective communication in group and one-on-one settings
- flexible schedule including opening and closing the store
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency
