Job Summary
Drive sales and build brand loyalty by executing daily store operations, managing the sales floor, and providing an omni-channel experience to every customer. Coach and motivate a team of up to 25 Stylists through training, recognition, and clear communication while partnering with the Store Manager to achieve productivity goals in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Organize detailed planning to ensure store compliance with Visual Guidelines, maintain a clean merchandising environment, and resolve customer and associate issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- Must be able to: operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Must be able to: climb ladders
- Must be able to: move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
