Assistant Manager

As Windsor Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the store leadership team. You support the Store Manager in driving store productivity (sales, shrink, payroll, expenses), coach and motivate a team of Stylists, lead daily operations on the sales floor, deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience for customers, participate in talent recruitment and onboarding, supervise training, and uphold Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and merchandising directives. You partner with the Store Manager to ensure effective merchandising, maintain store standards, and foster a culture of respect, ownership, and continuous improvement while communicating clearly and developing your team. The role requires leadership of up to 25 employees, strong customer service, and the ability to open and close the store; a minimum of 1 year retail management experience is preferred.
